Palms Inn & Suites

It's by far, in the worst condition of any motel I've ever seen that was in operation. But I did not see any roaches. I checked the bed for bed bugs, no bugs. It was ripped but not uncomfortable. The sink was only running hot water, the shower was leaking, but it was hot water. I'm afraid that there is little hope of renovating a place that has seen this many miles, the staff are not particularly quick, a cleaner walked in without knocking five minutes after I checked in, hadn't put pillow cases on, but everything was there, just, barely, and they seem to understand some things. They just don't understand that the remotes are not interchangable. You need to input the channel number manually. Just push 7 and wait, it will go to 7. Keep the lights on. At least the lights are bright

While the Palms Inn & Suites offered a decent enough stay for a budget traveler, it definitely showed its age. The room was clean, but the decor and furnishings felt outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use some updating. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheap place to crash, but don't expect luxury.

Thankful to have had a place for the night and heater was working, but, in all honesty, won't be staying here again. Price listed online was lower than was charged at check in. Rooms need a lot of upkeep and renovation.

Woman at the front desk named TERESA, was extremely rude. Spoke over me countless times, said that my issue with the reservation wasn’t her problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she didn’t have one. Cancelled my entire stay solely because of her attitude and lack of professionalism.

MIKE YOU ARE THE WORST PERSON EVER TO OWN THIS PLACE Worst place to ever go. Tons of baby roaches and they try to blame my dogs for they tore up rooms. Blood on the walls. Just sick! Then kick us out while it’s raining because last time y’all try to blame things on my dogs that don’t bother anybody! They have they own meds and toys. They are senior dogs . Bed uncomfortable sunked in .. just a very terrible place. No stars. Will see you guys in court very soon for discrimination
