Palms Inn

I stayed in Room 115 recently, and wow… the photos online must be from an alternate reality. In the pictures, the room looks clean, cozy, and well-appointed — pillows piled on the beds, a bed runner, fresh-looking sheets, all the little touches that make a room inviting. In reality, the room I got was dirty, broken furniture, the beds were shabby with only one pillow each, and the sheets looked like they’d survived a couple of decades. The comforter is faded and well-used, and the overall vibe was more “bachelor pad from the 90s” than the stylish setup advertised. It’s honestly funny because I know it’s the same room they show online — just… a very different version. If you’re expecting the website’s version, you’ll be disappointed.

It looks like it's out of the 60's with drive up and park in front of your room. The block is shared with a Pub, a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven.|PROS- newly refurbished with new carpet, newly tiled bathroom and paint...spotless! Includes a fridge and microwave as well as wifi and cable tv. King size bed was comfortable. Shower had lots of hot water.The manager was very kind and helpful. We felt very safe. PRICE was best around if you want to save hundreds of dollars.|CONS - shower is very small, road noise, door lock difficult

I’ve been here once before, significant improvements with new management. Feels safe, clean, perfect for early morning flights out of FLL.

Comfortable king size bed of course a bathroom with a shower you have cable it's fully furnished a microwave and a nice small refrigerator and you have privacy and free Wi-Fi and the gentleman that owned it are very polite and nice and do what they can for you and so do the people that they employ

**DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE** DO NOT PAY CASH IN THIS PLACE** Booked online, Paid cash for the stay, was promised a receipt via email that was never sent, online booking platform ALSO charged and stay was paid twice. Motel employee refused to send the cash payment receipt, so a complaint will be filled officially with the online booking platform. About the motel: $143 US dollars per night for a filthy, falling apart motel, no hot water, ripped towels, really really old, SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES even though it was a non smoking room. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE
