If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What a horrible person Judy is, she will not come through with office hours, it is impossible to get ahold of her and when you do she is rude. Do not put your trailer here, you will regret it or she will try to kick you out without even following contract or laws, you will have to lawyer up.

Jim and Judy are awesome!! They helped me to move in as quickly as possible. Them and the maintenance have been on point with everything. Great place to live all around!! Judy has been such a great help with all of our needs, she really takes care of her customers. She is very knowledgeable and patient, not to mention how friendly and welcoming she is too!

We have lived here 8 years now and Judy/Jimmy take great care of property. Wish property owners would clean up weeds and keep dogs contained in yard or on leash will out. Excellent maintenance crew, thanks Brandon.

Update April 2024: Judy is a Great Manager very helpful & very kind. PROS: The property is clean well maintained & safe. Cons: Only one entrance back Gate has been locked since the PREVIOUS management in 2017 or 2018. The pool, which you can ONLY use during certain hours closes at 5 pm. Too bad if you work late. Wish they come up with a better solution. Maybe a key code or card with RULES attached if tenants VIOLATE them their privileges are removed. Space Rents: do increase EVERY YEAR. I started out RENTING and went through 2 different Managers. In November 2017 the previous manager offered US this doublewide remodel plus WE PAID for some upgrades. Some of the things promised weren't completed before the previous manager left which was a shame since I'm buying my DBL-wide and my space r

First off.. Judy is Awesome! Great person to speak to. So far its been a good! She and the Maintenance crew have been a big help. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and my Family. She has answered all my questions! I mean a million of questions I have lol she answers them. She gone above and beyond. This is my first home I'm buying and the experience has been great! She is very straight to the point. She explains the do's and don'ts. She made the move in process so easy. She worked with me to the end point. I couldn't be more happier! Thank you again Judy and the Maintenance Crew for all that you do and continue doing!
