Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

I stayed at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens and overall had a good experience. Check-in was a bit chaotic because the hotel was hosting a large group and housekeeping wasn’t finished with the rooms yet, so I had to wait about an hour before I could check in. There were also youth-aged soccer players staying at the hotel who were extremely loud in the lobby and elevators, which was frustrating. That said, once I got into my room, I was happy with it — it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Despite the rocky start, I would stay here again.

Positive: The Bed. gave me a great night's sleep... Negative: Breakfast was $30... I choose a hotel with Breakfast included it was surly not included

We booked our 2 queens room via Marriott official website, but we were assigned by the front desk personnel, Kat, a one king room when we checked in.||Kat told us that we booked a generic room, so the room type was assigned based on availability when we checked in.|We knew that this might be a possibility if we booked through a third party booking website, but not through an official Marriott website.|Of the 77 nights that we booked this year, all were booked through the Marriott website and no problem with the room type until this hotel booking.||Instead of trying to understand the cause of the issue, Kat tried to convince us that we booked a generic room.|This shows that she did not understand or never booked through a Marriott website, but yet she's still persistent that that's the case

Love this hotel! First time staying there. Nice bar, M CLUB if you’re eligible, & good restaurant. Busy lobby & bar area. Spacious room with a beautiful shower. “ANDRE” at the front desk is amazing! So friendly & helpful. Remembered my name the next day! He deserves an award! Thank you for a great stay!

I have to say my experience in dealing with Fletcher GM and Andre Desir director Of Operations was a pleasure! I had asked for some things and Fletcher said no problem we look forward to seeing you. At check in Andre Desir made a point to come out and meet us as a Lifetime Titanium Elite Member I was impressed he delivered on some promises and made sure everything was handled correctly! Thanks Andre!||We were on the 11th Floor room was very clean, bed very comfortable, had maid service every day and they did a great job. Loved the outdoor pool temp was perfect, and loved the hot tub temp also perfect!! Well Done!
