Inn of America - Palm Beach Gardens

I booked a day use reservation for work and school. It was a cold day and I was sick but didn't want to get behind on work and assignments. I figured I'd get a cozy room, get some work done, and nurse myself back to health since it's difficult for me to work at home because I have a toddler. Check out was at 8am. I arrived to this run down hotel with that offers their guest only stale cold bread and bad coffee on a cold morning, and was told that my room wasn't ready. This is understandable if it's a reasonable estimate, but the front desk agent said even though she had my reservation, she could not give me an estimate of when my room would be ready even though I told her I was sick and had scheduled work meetings. I felt uncomfortable waiting in a lobby as a woman alone in a place with

Positive: They had a microwave oven. Negative: The front clerk was rude and very disrespectful. Crickets and Roached but you get what you pay for. I asked for a refund she said no and I said ohh yes you will or I'll call the police and I called the police and got a refund. Not worth the headache.

This place was one of the worst I ever stayed in. There were roaches (yes one actually crawled on me in bed) in the room. The pillows were flat and looked old. The receptionist wasn’t really welcoming and seemed bothered to have to check us in and out. The coffee offed in the morning was terrible too. I will never stay in an Inn of America again. Totally not worth saving a few dollars.

Two words - cockroach infested! Checked in and checked out after seeing cockroaches running around. Room was gross and dated, burn holes in bedding, bedding old. Definitely needs updating and a major overhaul. Stay clear of this hole in the wall. Gross, gross, gross. No option to give 0 stars, but that’s what they should get, a big fat zero!

Wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t constantly having to worry about my safety- seeing how the staffs kids come to work with them. Causing chaos in and around all vehicles being super loud. On the sidewalks, front of your room cussing at you. Pretty sure I’d fail a drug test right now seeing how my doors (rm 117) been previously kicked in and the Nieghbors constantly smoking outside their door. In regards to your response of “concern”… You are aware of it and have been. Not only from myself reporting it 4 days in a row to your front desk staff. But others too.
