Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens

They clean your room every other day. Great continental breakfast, eggs, meats, waffles, oatmeat, muffins, etc. Nikki and her helper were excellent keeping the area stocked and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A special shout out to front desk employee Alex who helped me navigate my multiple reservations! She was very professional and accommodating. Her friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and customer service was the best!!!!!

The hotel experience was terrible. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. The room was awful and the TV did not work. When I asked the front desk staff Seneya, about the TV she said " sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't". I asked when it could be fixed and she said the next day. I told her the neighbors TV is working and she said " I dont know what to say". The staff at the hotel were not accommodating. They could have moved our room but chose not to, saying they were fully booked. We spoke with the manager Richard the next day and the rudness continted. He ask how we purchased the room, and we said on hotwire, he said "Good luck with that" and he hung up on me. Dont stay at this hotel, it needs renovation and nicer staff. There are many other hotels in the area to choo

We spent a week here and found the location perfect for accessing all of the Palm Beaches. Very attentive and courteous staff ready to help you with any matter. Nice back garden and pool area. Breakfast was varied and delicious every morning.
