DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens

I stayed for 3 nights for a work trip while also being 7 months pregnant. And the staff was incredibly kind to me during my stay. The front desk staff members were so sweet and conversational and made sure I was taken care of with a room on the quieter side of the building so I could sleep better during pregnancy. And the breakfast manager (not sure of his exact title), whose name I think is Robert, was extra kind to me every time I came down for breakfast. And I could tell he was equally kind and conversational for every guest that sat down. I had a beyond wonderful experience with all the staff members at this hotel. And my room was so well maintained every day. It was a great experience.

We are here in South Florida for a hockey tournament and we stay in hotels more than 20 weekends a year and most of the time I insist on Marriott properties, but this time we relented and stayed in the hotel associated with the tournament. Terrible decision, not only was it over $400/night, without any issues the rooms are tiny and musty. When I say rooms that means that I've had two so far. The first room was filthy and reaked of weed as did the halls. I went downstairs to ask for a different room and explained the issue, The staff all looked at me like I was crazy and basically said deal with it. It was 10:00 at night and I was not about to try to find a new hotel. So I came down this morning and the woman was accommodating and moved me to another room. When we got back to the hot

Positive: "" Negative: Charged $15 to park in parking lot. A normal, outdoor lot. Absurd!! No more Hilton product for me. What's next? Charge for water when you take a shower. Cost was never noted when i booked. And when you check in & have prepaid, what are you suppose to do?

From the start, the service was excellent. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The kind of hospitality that makes you exhale the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is beautiful, calm, and well kept, with a relaxed ambience that instantly puts you at ease. One of the highlights for us was the exclusive Honors Lounge. Not every Hilton offers this, and you definitely do not see it often anymore. It is a real perk, not just a label. Quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. You actually feel taken care of. You feel special, and that matters. The rooms were very clean and fresh, well organized, and comfortable. Everything felt intentional, from the layout to the overall cleanliness. It is the kind of room where you rest well and wake up feeling good, which is the whole point. O

I cannot say enough kind things about the manager, Robert, at the breakfast buffet at Doubletree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens. Every morning, he greeted my two young daughters by name and treated them like princesses throughout our stay.o Robert is warm, friendly, and made us feel like family. We looked forward to spending our mornings with him, so much so that we didn’t try any other restaurants for breakfast during our six day stay in Palm Beach. We will absolutely be returning again, and can’t wait to reconnect with our “Uncle Robert” next time.
