Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens

Cierra, Lia, Jade, and Matt are incredible. I travel monthly and I am always treated like family when I return. The accommodations are first class; very clean and neat. The staff in the restaurant is always welcoming and the food is delicious. Scott has actually come into the lobby from the restaurant to welcome me back. The scenic walking path around the lake is so beautiful and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. I would not stay any place else in Palm Beach Gardens.

We love this hotel. From the moment you walked in it was bright and clean and modern and it smelled really good. There’s a great lobby with a bar and restaurant and lots of areas to sit and relax or do work. The rooms are wonderful with all the modern amenities and outlets and work spaces you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great with plenty of soft towels and bathroom amenities. The shower had great water pressure.

Wasn’t there very long but it was perfect.  Would have liked another marinated coffee in the room in the am.  Got one in the lobby instead.  Will definitely come back.

As a Lifetime Diamond member and being told that I could have an early check-in, upon arriving two hours earlier than the normal 3:00pm check-in, was told I would be charged. I’ve never been to a Hilton property that has tried to charge me considering the loyalty of me and the company I own, which uses Hilton exclusively for travel and spends many, many thousands on travel annually. Additionally, after having a reservation for several weeks, I was put in a horrible room. First, it was a handicap room. Second, the view was of a huge roof. Third, the floors were hard, cold vinyl rather than some other more comfortable material. Fourth, there was literally no lights in the bathroom. Just one little mirror with dull lighting. Honestly Hilton, do better. Your livelihood is the business travele

Surrounded by shopping! Rooms clean, sheets fresh, pool heated and nice little hot tub. Restaurant/bar has good little selection. Hotel mini market has a good selection for last minute essentials and immediate needs. Only complaint... heating isn't great but cooling a/c is fantastic! Florida has had some cold snaps lately that are very unusual... not putting good heating in rooms that is used maybe once every couple years is understandable. Just ask for a second blanket at night :-)
