Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

I had a very disappointing stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton and would not recommend it—especially at a rate of $450 per night. The room never cooled down despite the AC being set to 68 degrees, making it extremely uncomfortable. At check-in, I informed the front desk that I had four guests, yet the room was stocked with only three washcloths and towels. To make matters worse, the phone inside the room did not work, so I couldn’t even call the front desk to request additional towels. I had to walk down myself, only to be met with front desk staff who were short, unhelpful, and brushed me off rather than addressing the issue. There was also only one working elevator, which caused delays and inconvenience. The overall condition of the hotel felt gloomy and antiquated—definitely not fresh or

First and foremost, we want to highlight a staff member who provides a happy attitude, smiles, and professionalism EDDY who serves evening bartenders services during Happy Hours! 5 stars. He deserves an extra bonus 💸. The location of the hotel is perfect next to the highway, grocery store, shopping, and a good variety of restaurants. The pool area is very nice. Housekeeping staff is very pleasant and accommodating as well. Decent price and bonus Free breakfast w/ make to order omlette station and Waffles, coffe, milk soda, & juice stations. Tip your staff for their hard work!!! Dog friendly facility a plus. Cons: Needs more weekend staff for cleaning in and around the facility outside. We had a great experience at the embassy suites. We were there for a wedding for a few days. Other family had rooms booked there too. Great experience. Hotel is beautiful, well kept. Rooms are very spacious. We called in for service a few times. Each time we got courteous and quick service. Lots of parking (paid, I think $26/night). Awesome breakfast included which we looked forward to. Chef Kenny really made our day with his friendly personality. Would stay there again! Location is central and around stores and restaurants.

Positive: We liked the location, size of the hotel, and the lobby was grand and having a free hot breakfast was nice. The option for a bigger room with a fold out couch was nice too. We did not get the accessible shower though and the shower/bathroom was small. Negative: We did not like the bathroom, old stained shower curtain, and it was hard to find staff to check us in at 10:30 pm. We called to say arriving late too. The bathroom had 3 towels and no bags in the trash bins. There was no ice machine on our floor (9).

Really enjoy the Hilton brand so we found this room on a whim traveling North. The happy hour had already happened so we sat down and had a few drinks. In the morning we had the free breakfast that included an omelet station. Parking seems like it could be difficult but we have a handicap pass currently so we got a prime spot.
