Palace Inn

The place was absolutely filthy. I didn’t even stay on the room because there were roaches and hair everywhere. I hope this place gets shut down because it’s a disgusting pit of a motel. I’d rather stay on the floor of hell. They should refund my money because it wasn’t cleaned at all and no one on their right mind outside of pure desperation would stay here. Reporting to the BBB

I am used to slightly fancier digs though what the Palace Inn lacked in opulence was more than compensated by the quiet location, the comfortable accommodations and especially the amazing staff! I would probably rename the place "The Joel Inn" as the office guy Joel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was superb.

Terrible. Wall to wall FILTHY! A representative example of how disgusting it was: After opening toilet lid, there appeared to be two small fecal remnants on opposite sides of the toilet seat. I wet a few sheets of toilet paper & scrubbed them off. The room stank. 'Bed covers had stains, apparent cigarette holes & other random holes. 'No wash cloth. The water faucet had more pressure than the shower. 'Paid $68 for 1 night, Oct. '23. I don't travel/stay at motels much, but I learned a lesson from this experience: Ask to see the room before committing to pay for it. Don't they have to pass some sort of inspection to keep operating their business? Avoid this poor excuse for a motel!

This place is fine for short stays. I slept here one night while driving from Denver to Toronto. I got in around 9pm, grabbed some food down the street from the Burger King, slept, got up and left. The room was small, dusty, it relied on a space heater for heat, and the curtains didn't shield as much light as I desired. The Inn is located in an industrial part of town, so no street noise, but not many amenities in the area. When I got there, only one other car was in the parking lot, but when I woke up the place was mostly full; so I guess others have the same idea when booking a room at this place. At the time of this review, there is road construction, which makes the turn off slightly hard to spot.

This place is worse then the pits. I wish I didn't have to even give it a star. Have delt with the plagues there first off just the basic filth, had to bring a vaccume from home and my own carpet cleaner from home after they had the carpets done professionally, supposedly... 2nd the next wave was roaches which they would do nothing about. Had to buy bombs and bait out of my own pocket. Then bed bugs. But they can't send an exterminator for 2 days... can't change a person rooms. Don't want anything done because they don't want it spreading to the other rooms. Where do they think it came from? Holy sheesh... im going to take some more steps but please save yourself and DO NOT COME TO THE PLEGUE! I mean The Palace Inn.
