Pacifica by Fort Lauderdale Airport

I do like to get very honest reviews and truly share my experience because every guest has their own. I do travel quite often for work, locally nationally, and internationally. This was my first time sort of staying in a shared hostel type environment. I booked through hotels.com. For the two nights I booked it came out to be $145 with taxes and fees. Meaning roughly each night was $72 which I might’ve enjoyed a bit more private nicer space for that price. Before booking, I did call the customer service number to make sure about check-in and requirements. They were pretty straightforward. I emailed - texted my ID and they shared the check-in codes for the back door of the house and then the code for your individual room. Parking seems pretty straightforward. HOSTEL!!! NO AIR CONDITION! This is not hotel. This is a house with 10 small rooms, you can hear everything people are talking all night in other rooms. Shared bathroom for 10 people. It is a hostel. NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking.com does not give refund. I don't recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM this hostel.

This place is a total scam please do not stay here. They have you in a house living with other people. There is one bathroom for the entire house that has atleast 7 bedrooms. They did not want to refund my money even though I did not stay. This place is in the middle of the hood. There aren't even tvs in the rooms. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made.

When I arrived, my room was already taken by somebody else!! I knocked on the door of the room that was assigned to me, a couple opened, saying they didn’t receive their room assignment, so they went into any room. The property never replied to my messages and phone calls! They refused to issue a refund! Horrible run place! Stay away!
