Oak Hotel

Service is excellent! Location is great - it is a very quiet hotel in a nice neighborhood. James & Danny are the best! The excellent customer experience has exceeded my expectations!!

Is this a motel or dog kennel even if you wanted to sleep you couldn't dogs bark all night and staff bangs on doors all hours of the night trying to collect rent from night before.outside of the little mermaid comforter and the city dump being outside my non existent window all is ok as long as you don't mind being trapped in your room because as the place settles you can only open door after with out a struggle from 1pm to 4 am. Just fyi to new customer s staff will call the fire department if you knod out in bathroom like my sleepy neighbor lol 😂

I'll start by saying that this isnt a high end hotel - but you know that going in. Our room was tiny but it was a pretty comfortable bed in a great location. I found it to be exceptionally clean to the point that the hallways sometimes smelt like disinfectant. No signs of bed bugs or rodents. Shared bathrooms were regularly cleaned. Given it was school holidays, I couldnt find much else for that price.

It's cheap and you can pay cash but some of the workers are complete jerks and they will bang on your door at all hours if your late on paying your rent. They will also just knock and walk right into your room so if your naked or you and your significant other are having a night alone away from the kids then you'll get walked in on. Not fun I'm just saying lol. And they are trying to not allow people to have guests at all which is completely ridiculous considering if I payed to stay there I should be allowed to have a guest without question as long as my guest follows the rules and behaves then it shouldn't be an issue but the workers will give you a really hard time.

Shared bathroom but they clean them in the morning, by evening they can be kinda narly but only because of people trying to sleep in there that don't have a room .... I've never seen a cockroach and that's saying something, for the most part the staff is very respectful, they don't give you towels unless you ask and that's one tiny old rag maybe one every 4 days per two people. Ahhh home sweet home 😜
