Norcross Extended Stay

This place is older, could use to be updated, so if you’re too bourgeois, be aware. HOWEVER! Miss Erica and Miss Susan are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! They are both kind, genuine, down to earth humans who have gone ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me, and I appreciate them more than I can express! Thanks to you, Ladies, for being Awesome 🤩 ❣️

The room not clean,midue, rust refrigerator, carpet need cleaning, WiFi is poor, TV don't work good,shower cracks inside, air coming through the door, furniture is old and rusty worn out, window have paint on them and not professional, they bad attitude.

My Mother and I stayed here years ago and it was not that bad but when my Grandma and I and my two cousin's stayed at this location for a couple of days it was hard to get comfortable because the floor was flooded the whole time we were there. The manager kicked us out for no reason which was a blessing. My Uncle had paid for a couple of nights and we could have extended our stay on our own if we worked it out. A Wendy's is across the street but nothing else is accesible..Someone mentioned people commenting being overprivilaged...I have stayed at extended stays that are half the price of this and safer and cleaner in a "millionaire's row" area...It was an awful experience..Glad I have no need to stay there ever again and my families life has improved since then...

Place is kept clean and bug free Front desk can be extremely rude so beware

Worst hotel ever in Norcross staff is always nosey definitely the Spanish lady that work in the office. Rooms have mold under the beds mold on the ceiling under sinks rooms and AC always smell like mildew first time ever getting here I had to go to 4 different rooms just to find one that was decent there's people on the stairs all day everyday but the staff will literally single certain people out to be in there business the black mold in so bad in this hotel please be careful choosing this place to stay or bring your family your kids might get sick.
