Great location! Coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. This apartment gave us everything we needed for a comfortable time there. They were very helpful and responsive with their communication as well. Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience for my family|1. Mice in the apt.|2. Big wet spot on sheet under comforter |3. Check out at 10:00am. We arrived at 2:45pm for the 3:00 pm check. Apt was not cleaned up. We had to wait until after 4:00pm to go into apt. |4. I would never recommend this property.

Cute, clean little place - perfect for one or two people - in a phenomenal location. Right on Newbury near a million food and shopping options and convenient to the T, but also walkable to Fenway or Faneuil Hall, if you have the ambition. Street noise was not especially loud or intrusive. A few nitpicks: the bed was super comfortable but there is no door on the bedroom, which could be a privacy issue depending on who you’re sharing the space with. The sofa bed is NOT so comfy but suffices. There was not a recycling bin so you have to separate your waste, if you care, and there is no silverware basket in the dishwasher, which is a minor nuisance but mostly just a little odd. Stairway (we were two floors up) is steep and narrow and could present a challenge for some. Washer/dryer work great,

This apartment was a home away from home where we could decompress, rest, and nourish ourselves while enjoying the three-day convention we attended. The location is perfect, situated around the corner from the convention center, a few minutes away from Trader Joe’s and other eateries. It’s also a 15 minute walk from Back Bay Station, as well as, is right on one of the most popular streets in Boston (Newbury). All that being said, it was surprisingly quiet! We didn’t hear street noise and I often forgot I was in a city. I would definitely stay at this place, again!

The place is in a magnificent location near the Newburry street, the rooms are nice and you can find whatever you need for cooking , the only thing is that you don’t have a place to keep your belongings before the room is ready , this is a bit awkward but generally it is a good place
