National Inn

It's very inexpensive. In a pinch it's ok. Great customer service. The very kind and sweet gentleman at the office was very helpful. You do get what you pay for. At $350 a week with fridge and microwave large room it's a steal. We greatly appreciate the low price. It's very dated and housekeeping is lacking but I didn't expect more than what I got based on the price. I don't mind cleaning the room myself. It'll be cleaner than we got it when we leave. Hope someone enjoys the clean room after I've cleaned it before we move out.

While I have spent very little time staying in budget hotels I was truly amazed at the way in which the owner and staff ran their operation. ||||The street view of this facility is no way a sign as to it's quiet state. I have styed I far noisier and less hospitable four star properties for a huge amount more. ||||My Kudos to the owner and his staff for operating this hotel at such a reasonable price. ||||I would have given it a five star rating if it weren't for the 1/4 inch gap between door casing and door frame. The light came in through it and shadows of people could be seen. ||||Housekeeping Staff is AMAZING!!

It should be blown up. The overall management and maintenance of the property has never been what's safe and acceptable for the drastic price differences depending on the customer renting the room. Then if you get even a normal trashed room the price is way too much and the amenities that must motels have standard and are fully functioning are not that way. For examples no working electrical outlets. No lights out light bulbs in the fixtures. Roaches, ants, and bed bugs. The staff is very discriminatory in nature and unprofessional when solving any issues for health and safety or refunds.

The gentleman at the window was having problems with credit card machine because of signal. I didn't have cash on me and it was late so I proceeded to head out. He came after me and said no worries. We can try again or we can figure out in the AM. Room was extremely nice for the dollar I was paying. I am posting pics for your own judgment. It was late and the manager said, if you don't use jacuzzi $50, if you do tell me and $75. Clean room, maybe I got some deluxe room but it was a nice change from the $50-$100 dollar rooms!

Terrible everything! Owners are racist and charges different rates according to ethnicity. Excessive crime that they do nothing about. Dirty rooms with bedbugs and cockroaches EVERYWHERE! There was even a dirty syringe stuck in the shower drain! Save your money and go somewhere else, it's not worth the nightmare!!
