Location is great. Room is old and well ,,well weathered...Still a flat rate is nice...The hotel down the street has over $100 separated from the regular rate. So let's just say what will you put up with to get a solid cheap room?.Me I'll put up with a lot ..But they only ask a lil...

This may not be the plaza, but its affordable comfortable and overall friendly. I had lost my home to fire and was looking at homelessness, and had it not been for this place that's what I would have been. As I am sure alot of people that stay here are probably in the same boat. So I am so grateful this place was here and would recommend it to anyone that need a roof over there head and don't have a ton of money.

The review is solely about the management and her misfit team. It is my opinion the owner of the hotel is unaware of these matters. The manager with her two daughters plus three boyfriends live on grounds. One boyfriend is maintenance. If any repair needs have to be met. Customer gets charged accordingly Everyone must follow an ever changing rule book that has never appeared. All aspects of your life are governed or eviction. The length ofbackside on one building is caving in inside from rotte One of the boyfriends. His name is Dave. He acts as the hands on a customer bouncer. I should sue them

Would give them no stars if i could rented a week there tge entire time had no heat. And the power kept blowing breakers also everyday everytime i used the mircowave

People now in the office are friendly. There are no bugs or rats as others have wrote. Very affordable
