Motel 6 York, PA

Horrible! the room was smelling like cigarette (i had to spray my perfume every where and even with it the smell stayed). Towels were stained *all of them!* The bathroom had hair in the shower and had a red stained line. Bed had hairs and sheets had holes. There were roaches in the room. Also on my 2nd day of staying they desactivated my key card and I asked what happened and the lady wasnt that nice she assumed I didnt know how to open the door. Also the heater didnt work I asked to change the room and she said they told her it was working ( im assuming maintenance)Worst experience ever.

This had to be the worst motel I could even imagine, piss stains on the sheets, not to mention many other stains on the bed, everything in the room had a sticky film on it, I didn’t even check all of the towels but the 2 I grabbed clearly weren’t clean with literal tobacco on it, when we told the lady at the front desk she said that it’s because it’s a smoking room, not a great excuse they should clean the towels ever day and the bathroom looked like wolverine had a seizure. When we went to ask for a refund the lady at the front desk “ Linda” said they might give us one, I said I have photos and would have liked a definite refund there and then but had no other option other than to just leave.

Made it to my hotel, checked in and went to my room, turned around walked out to my truck and left to find another hotel. Pretty sure I got 6 std's and a venereal just from walking in there. I mean I flipped on the light and you could hear the bed bugs start to salivate in anticipationof their next meal. There were weird stains on the walls and floor and a foul stench in the entire hotel. I've stayed in some bad places in my life time but this place makes the Bates motel look like the Ritz|The desk clerk stands behind 2" thick bullet proof glass if this is any indication of the quality.

Positive: They had good pr6 Negative: Had no water for days wouldn't switch me to other motel 6 and manager said if she had to come down I would regret it and call police made me leave I got screwed out of my nights

Where do I begin? The photos say it all. The room is falling apart due to damage, neglect, and lack of hygiene. The plaster wall in the corner of the bathtub rim is crumbling and there's a large gap. The underblanket on the bed has burns. The bathtub has dirty spots and peeling paint. The threshold is high. The room temperature controls are disabled/inaccessible to the guest. The motel clerk was already hiding in her fortress office at 7 PM, behind bulletproof glass. Did not notice or acknowledge me. I had to knock on the glass. The space that the guest is standing in resembles a prison counter. Not worth the $75.
