Motel 6 Warner Robins, GA

As a personal tenant I have many issues with this hotel. The cleaning staff Rick and his wife are incredibly vile people and don’t clean a single room they work in. They will wake people up at 9-10 in the morning and force them out before check out. The rooms are absolutely disgusting even with new furniture and appliances added. They have bed bugs,roaches,mold,stains etc and I will proved photo proof aswell. The only GOOD part about this hotel is a women named Keyah who is an exceptional front desk lady who is extremely kind and easy to work with. Besides that the rest of this business is ran by unprofessional and incompetent people who don’t take any pride in what they do. I truly believe you’d be better off with the hotel next door than this sorry excuse of a place.

Came to town the night before my grandmother's funeral. Place has roaches. Amongst other bugs. Booked a non smoking king room with the call center. Charged me $66. Got to the desk, checked in. Our room was a double bed instead of king. Cigarette smell smacked you as soon as you open the door. Within minutes I see roaches crawling around. Some other little bugs on the bed. Was there for less than an hour. Checked out and asked for a refund. Told me I'd have to call the call center. Did that. Said I had to call the manager of the property. Tried, left messages. Never heard back. Still no refund. TV didn't work and most outlets didn't either. I don't recommend. Edited to respond: I can see you responded and I am not able to reply. Positive: Nothing! Negative: This hotel is infestation in every room! Bed bugs and roaches everywhere and uncleanliness. My family was effective physically and mentally by this hotel. In there front desk people or very rude and nasty! I have photos of proof to back up my statements!

10/10 do not recommend. The door locks were old and froze while I was letting one of my dogs out and got locked out for 2 hours. Maintenance had to use a crow bar to even get it open. My dog, phone, keys, and all my belongings were in the room and they had no solution until I threatened to call the police and get them to open my door. It was the WORST stay I'd ever had and my dog was up most of the night freaked out because he'd been stuck in the room alone for 2 hours while we all tried to troubleshoot what to do. All the noise and commotion had him completely terrified.

I couldn't find any recent reviews for this Motel 6 so I decided to take a chance and discovered as of this date previous TA reviews were for Americas Best Value Inn, now cleaned up and doing business as a Motel 6. Well it's still a work-in-progress but clearly much much better than the previous reviews indicated. Our room had new laminate floors, fresh paint, new mattresses and new bedding. All the typical furnishings you would expect have been removed. The clean up and refresh looks like it was nicely planned but unfortunately a bit poorly executed. There was paint spray on some of the fixtures and glass but better paint spray than other residues. Interaction with the management was strictly all business no personality. I wish them well with this endeavor as it seems there are ma
