Customer Reviews
Always stay here bec it's walking distance to Pier 39. Stayed here over the weekend. Couldn't really complain about anything except I noticed some mold in the windows and bathroom shower. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I remember him from last time. We walked up the street to a breakfast spot called "The New Spot" which was 10/10. Definitely recommend! Our room was clean and it was nice actually getting hot water. Will be staying here again next time!
Positive: "" Negative: There were many hidden fees that were not charged until I arrived at the hotel. They charged me a deposit, and never refunded it to me.
There was blood and hair on one of the sheets but the bathroom was kept very clean. The tap had no hot water but the shower did. Good location close the Lombard, the trams and the shore, restaurants hard to find around here. Parking’s $10/night
There was a light sensor in the bathroom that automatically turned out the light every thirty second that it didn't sense movement. The sensor doesn't register movement from the shower so every 30 seconds you're left in the dark and have to open the shower and wave your arm to get the lights back on. The elevator was out of order. The ground floor is all parking so every room is up a set of one or two stairs. I had a recent back procedure so it was difficult getting our belongings to the room. On a positive note, the price was reasonable and the location is walking distance to restaurants and sights.
Room was dirty not well cleaned smelled like cigarettes. Roaches coming out of the cable box & TV. Blankets had blood stains, good thing I travel with my own blankets and pillows. Towels are more like rags. If you’re not staying at the very top good luck with your up top neighbors, stomping all night long. Parking is $10. Window covers are zip tied and taped. Bathroom has mold.
