Motel 6 Rochester, NY - Airport

Honesty this hotel I wouldn't say is amazing but it's all right the lamps are dirty and the beds were a little dirty the bathroom was dirty to and the air conditioner wasn't working at all it was freezing. Also the microwave barely works I bought a beef patty from the store and tried to put it in there and when I started it the whole electricity powered off this place has no energy. People were saying there were bugs I really don't see any right now and I hope I don't I only stayed for one night but the experience was I guess you can say all right Wouldn't say I would ever come back though.

Really run down hotel. Shabby hall way carpeting, curt desk clerk, door to my room so stuck I had to shoulder butt my way in to get it open. ||Crumbling ceiling tiles, sloppy caulk job around tub, saw cut across the corner of the desk. Just a dirty place that I would not stay at if my wife were with me.||There are other hotels near the airport that must offer better facilities.

I have been reaching out multiple times to ask why I still have not received my refund, as more than 10 days have already passed. I have been given more than three different phone numbers to contact, and none of them have provided a response. I was also told that there is no information about me in your system, which is incorrect. I have all the evidence confirming my stay, as well as proof of the payment made through my bank card. It is very frustrating not to receive proper assistance or a clear response regarding my refund. Please do not stay at this motel. You are better off staying in another Motel/Hotel for a little extra cost. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express, or similar. It was for one night to catch a plane the next morning, so we tried it. The room was dirty, had a musty smell. It was November so it was cold outside. The heater in the room stopped blowing warm air, and it go cold. Called the front desk, and they sent a janitor, and it took a while. When he came, he hit the heating unit with his hand, and it started heating again. We went out to eat and when we came back it was cold again. Got to get the janitor, he came and hit the unit. We going to do this all night? I asked. I asked to be moved, and they had to clean another room. Finally moved to another room, dirty, and we finally got to
