Motel 6 Norcross, GA

Great place to stay for price. Pretty clean no issues with bugs. Service is pretty good but a couple employees are rude and make you jump through hoops for simple things. Manager and day front desk clerk are usually the best people. Great location. Only issues are inconsiderate neighbors in building.

The staff and management crew here are absolutely amazing. They keep the place looking great and they understand that people fall on hard times and don't put you down like most hotels. I have been at this hotel for over 2 months. I must say that this is the best experience that I have had in the 2 years that I have been in the extended stay situation. I am very pleased with the overall kindness, cleanliness and professionalism that I have encountered here. Also, this is the 1st hotel that has NOT had a pervasive roach problem, due to the hardworking cleaning staff and overall owner. I am truly grateful. THANK YOU!❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎

I booked this last-minute just to have a place to stay for a few hours of rest. When I approached the front door, and noted the broken tiles, and the badly stained Motel 6 logo carpet mat in the vestibule, I immediately knew this might not turn out to be one of my better choices. The check-in process took longer than it should, and I can't say why. If your language of choice is English, you will probably have a strong communication barrier with the staff, as did I. This is an old Budgetel building, probably mid-1970's vintage, with very few upgrades. I must say, however, that the carpeting in the hospital-like corridors appeared to be fairly new. I’ve stayed at this hotel periodically over the last several years, for both short and extended stays, and I’ve never had a bad experience. As a pet owner, it’s important to feel welcomed, and this location has always been pet- and family-friendly. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same chain and didn’t have the same experience, but this one has consistently felt safe, comfortable, and dependable for my family and me. I appreciate the positive stays every time.
