Motel 6 Norcross, GA - Atlanta Northeast

Issue I’ve been staying at this Motel 6 location for about a month, and unfortunately my experience with the front desk staff has been very disappointing. The woman working the front desk does not greet guests at all. When you walk in, she doesn’t speak, acknowledge you, or show any basic level of customer service. This was especially evident during all my interaction with her. I stepped out to get money and returned about an hour after checkout time. My intention was simply to extend my stay or book another room. Instead of offering assistance or explaining options professionally, I was immediately told I would be charged an additional $30, with no courtesy, flexibility, or explanation—despite my long stay here. I tried to give this location a chance but unfortunately they had unwanted guests in multiple rooms. roaches crawling on the floor under plumbing in the bathroom and I’m sure they are possibly hidden somewhere in the walls. the office was kind enough to offer another room but I wasn’t willing to give that a chance. Homelessness is one issue enough for me.

Dear Motel 6 Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at the Motel 6 located on Oakbrook Road in Norcross, Georgia. From the start of my stay, I experienced repeated issues that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied, disrespected, and unfairly treated. During my stay, I was moved into three different rooms at this same location. One of the rooms had air conditioning units stacked on top of each other next to the bedside, leaving no adequate space to even place my dog’s crate. Despite these poor room conditions, I was charged fluctuating nightly rates, with weekend rates exceeding $100 per night, and the room did not include basic amenities such as a refrigerator or microwave. In addition to these issues, I was charged an excessive fee of $30 per hour

This is definitely a full bed not a queen and it was hard for two of us to fit. We’re not big people. The blanket for the bed was two sheets together. We did feel safe and the room was clean. That’s about it.

It was decent! Not going to lie! I’m a white girl and was there for work. I had no problems and met some nice people. Very quiet.
