Motel 6 Glendale, AZ

Was staying long tern off and on every week, thought it was fairly nice for my personal issue , Marana and Nancy were wonderful to me and so was the manager until a couple days ago. I don’t know why but he told me I can’t come back no explanation or nothing despite my situation I even try to talk to him. He refused to get on the phone. He makes his staff look bad instead of talking things out. He has the staff tell people the only thing that I wanna say is one of the housekeepers being at your door like the police before 11 o’clock telling you check out even if you have extended, they don’t communicate with the front desk and even if you’re gonna be a little later and you have communicated, I feel like she has it out for people that good stuff helps overcome the place and it was convenient

The service was great however the rooms weren't so great. The bathrooms were not clean, the heat didn't work in one room the toilet ran in the other room and there was issues with the light switches. Overall I feel like the motel could have been cleaned a lot better than what it was I actually had to go through with Clorox wipes and wipe everything down.

I stay here very often, it’s my favorite spot in town. All the workers are amazing! Sky has always been the best for customer service and great representation of the motel! Can’t thank you guys enough for the great spot to stay in town!

I woukdbgive it 0 stars .Do not stay here. Rooms were filthy and reeked of cigarettes and who knows what else. Went to check in Friday 10/17 seen the room horrible odor as soon as you walk in restroom was never cleaned. Shower was disgusting. Went downstairs immediately to cancel. Lady at the front desk that night was nice but unable to get me my refund. Called 10/20 Monday morning since she said manager who is in charge would issue that for me the next day Saturday 10/19 since she was new and unsure of how to do it. Called 10/20 Monday morning to follow up on my refund a male answered didn't catch his name. Was very rude stated I never stayed there and my card was never charged which was a complete lie. I let him know the lady at the front desk even filled out a refund ticket and I took
