The Hotel Serene Glendale Peoria, Surestay Collection by BW

We went with family and enjoyed 2 rooms - check in was fast and easy. Reception was super accommodating and friendly (bilingual as well which is always a plus for me!), they gave me the key cards with wifi password already and explained and showed me all the amenities. I loved the view our rooms had, easy to find and walk towards our vehicle without any inconvenience. Breakfast was great! I loved how clean our room was, it made staying there so enjoyable for a family with a toddler! The pool was nice, I really liked the fact that it was located in an area with nearby shopping district that just so happened to have my favorite restaurant! Safe to say we’ll definitely be recommending this to everyone looking a place and will be for sure coming back! 10/10! :)

The Hotel Serene is, on the outside, a pretty unassuming hotel. On arrival, I was very happy to see that there were parking options directly by the front desk area with multiple cameras pointed towards the lot- I felt very safe with those and confirmed that they are up and running. I was helped by Sara W. who was so welcoming and professional- her warmth and informative attitude was a breath of fresh air after a long day on the road! She had the perfect answer to all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable in my choice of stay. She is a wonderful spokesperson for the property and certainly deserves all the recognition. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and modern. Plenty of space for luggage, dwelling, and sleeping. The heater/AC unit was also pretty quiet compared to some ot

The hotel room I stayed at was exceptional! I enjoyed the room, it was clean with enough space. Including with great channels to watch while getting ready. I had forgotten my hair dryer at home and the hotel dryer came and saved my day! I enjoyed the stay the beds were comfortable and I didn’t need to call to access the wifi password. Not to mention the breakfast was amazing after a fun night out! Would highly recommend to a friend next time. 10/10 :)

Great location to the Peoria sports complex. It is an older hotel with fresh paint the grounds were well groomed but under the paint you can tell it’s an older hotel room missing some little things like hand towel holder. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again.

Positive: They took $15 out of my deposit for 2 wash towels with make-up stains!! Seriously?! They said that's what they provided make-up remover towels for.
