The property was very clean. The room was clean. Housekeeping was excellent. |Ida is a true gem. Breakfast was more than a lot of hotels offer. Jessica, the GM was very helpful. |Only concern: Room 124 needs more light.

Very clean hotel. Housekeeping was spot-on. Breakfast was varied daily and very good for this type of hotel. The GM, Jessica, was friendly and appeared to be a good boss. The pool and hot tub was excellent. Coffee always available. All of the employees were very friendly. But, the true gem of the staff is Ida. She is truly a wonderful person. The only concern, Room 124 needs more light. Everything else was great, and I will stay here again.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk or a request for extra towels, the service was prompt and courteous, making my stay incredibly pleasant. One of the standout features of this property is its cleanliness. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident-not a speck of dust or stray fingerprint in sight. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work,

Amazing experience here. Super clean, professional staff, breakfast was amazing and different each day. They pay attention to all the details. Convenient location. Would be nice if shuttle went a little further... even glendale town or scottsdale once/twice a day... thats the only thing I can suggest, as the place was amazing. The lady who does the breakfast is hilarious and did an amazing job and made us excited for the morning. Great job, will be back.

The pool and jacuzzi facilities were quite enjoyable, and we had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful new people during our stay. The room was impeccably clean and had a pleasant aroma. The continental breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, and the availability of grab-and-go bags was a thoughtful convenience for those with busy schedules. However, the most outstanding aspect of my experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating and friendly..
