I decided to splurge and stay here for a Packers game. Normally I stay somewhere cheaper, but I assumed other Packers fans would be staying there. I was right and it was fun meeting fans from around the country. The front desk people throughout my stay were polite and friendly. Only problem was often there was no one at the desk. Looked like only one person was there at a time so if they needed to take a break there was no one to cover. Irritating when trying to buy something from their market in the lobby. When turning on the tv, it first goes to the personalized Marriott Bonvoy channel. It said Welcome Melanie. I’m not Melanie and was worried that Melanie would try getting into my room the whole night. The next day, about 10 mins before checkout time, the tv suddenly shut off. I realized

If you or your family have a disability don’t stay here. My daughter has a heart condition and in order to manage it better we have a professionally trained cardiac alert service dog. When I was booking the room on the Marriott Bonvoy app I read the terms and conditions for a service animal at the hotel, no where does it state that I must disclose that I have a service animal in my party to the hotel staff. Furthermore, per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) it is the businesses responsibility to ask if this is a service animal, and if it is trained to assist with a disability. No one from the hotel staff asked us about the service animal. After I checked out of the hotel I received a notification on my phone that my card had been charged $100. This is your standard Springhill spot with the advantage of being really close to a Casino and the Westgate shopping area. Nuff said. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fairly large. However, they are aging and in need of a bit of updating. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable and small, which was inconvenient. There is ample parking, and it is a well-lit area. The breakfast is surprisingly good and free, but the breakfast area is small. ||This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting family in the area, and we wouldn't stay here again. We had numerous occasions of kids running up and down the halls, knocking on people's doors, and being a general nuisance. It's not that it happens because kids will be kids, it's that the mgmt of the hotel did nothing about it... for two days! Given

First time staying here. Got a good night's sleep and a good breakfast of eggs, bacon, oatmeal with walnuts and craisens an English muffin, yogurt and a chocolate milk. Staff was very friendly and professional. I gave 4 stars only because I would like to stay again and see the rest of the facility. Location wasn't bad if I changed anything it would only be adding a few more lights in the parking lot other than than it's an awesome place to relax. I'll be back thanks for the experience 👍

Positive: Location Negative: They gave me a handicapped room so the shower was level with the bathroom floor and the water ran all over the place. The hallways felt dim and dingy, like I was in an old folks home. Maids would see your Do Not Disturb sign early on and then ignore you.
