Paradise Grove Trailer Park

I have a friend who lives here. It is a well maintained park and if you are trying to save money for a bigger housing purchase this place should be considered. The neighbors are nice and mind their own business. It is close to many shopping places and easy access to roads which will get you anywhere in Phoenix.. As I always recommend, check it out for yourself and come to your own conclusion. Also, all the people look out for kids on bikes, skateboards and pets. Fee my

My parents lived here and the management is very poor service especially the maintenance sucks. The trailers are very pricey and there not even in good condition. Once you pay off the trailer they don’t help maintenance it anymore you have to put your money into it. The good is that the Utilities are included with the rent. Also if you where trying to get cox you can’t because they don’t have access there only century link. Lo bueno es que La Luz el gas y la agua están incluido con la renta. Las traíllas no están en muy buen condicione y piden muncho por ellas.
