Absolutely excellent staff, knowledgeable about area. Great parking for handicapped accessible rooms. Beds seem too high & person in wheelchair would not be able to adjust climate controls. It would be great to have small light in bathroom without fan going. Room very clean, comfortable. The TV remote is not very useful. No station guide provided, or instructions how to use remote. Hangers too high for wheelchair bound. But room was great, accessible and if needed had connecting room for nurse attendant. Very pet friendly.
My experience was awesome. I definitely would stay here again. Friendly service late at night. Clean room. Hot shower with a real water pressure.
Wasn't cleaned at all. Hair everywhere! Pet hair on the bed comforter Woman hair on the ground (dirty floors) Hair on the bed sheets (different) Hair on the pillows! Hair on the "clean" bath towels!! I felt bad for the reception as she was over run ... Fulled out a customer satisfaction survey and no follow up so here I am. Should have walked out but was so tired.. Definitely not cleaned by "Angie " 10 days earlier....

Positive: Good location Negative: There?s no room in the back to park everybody is parking to closed, the tree needs to remove make wider space.
