This hotel has been mismanaged so badly that I now have it on my do not stay list. The elevator has now been out over a week. Last week I was put on 2nd floor or given chance to cancel after arriving. Nobody reached out before I arrived to notify me that the elevator was out of service. After arriving I requested 1st floor but said I could handle one flight of stairs if I must as I have a very weak spine. I got put on 2nd floor. Today one week later I call hotel to ask prior to booking a room if there would be any available rooms tonight on the 1st or 2nd floor and was told that it was she was not allowed to answer that until after I make a reservation. Excuse me? The breakfast sucks. The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down considerably in the past year. Why would you make it difficult

Positive: Facility is new and nicely decorated, staff is very friendly and helpful. Negative: Marriott stands for a world renowned brand and standards, however the breakfast offering has a lot to be desired.…green bananas, green oranges (to be cut with a plastic knife?) and cardboard like bagels.…really disappointing.

Showed up to be told the elevator was out of service, and that they were putting me on the second floor. The staff was absolutely fantastic and offered to take my bags up. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery, so I took her up on the offer, but felt horrible because she doesn't need to be lugging everyone's luggage up the stairs. She was the only one working, and right after I checked in, an older couple walked in, and the male, who had just had knee surgery, was using a cane and was going to have to walk up multiple flights of stairs. I became even more agitated after reading reviews and seeing that the elevator had been broken for a while and that they never notified those who made reservations in advance, so we could find an alternative hotel. Easy on/off I-40.||I was greeted by Mae (May?) upon my arrival. Check in was easy and fast. I asked if coffee would be available at 5am (breakfast is at 630am, M-F) and was assured that it would be (it was!). Also, Mae arranged that I was given a couple hard boiled eggs at the the same time to snack on during my trip. Thanks, Mae!!||The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. The room was very quiet. I was concerned because it faced a large gas station. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious.||The exercise room included 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical and one stationary bike. There as a rack of free weights and a padded bench. Plenty of clean towels to wipe down the equipment. ||Great internet.||Ample secure parking.||I will

I've been traveling all over the country and of course staying at various hotels. There seems to be a formula for a 3 star hotel, good room, nice included breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, working TV, clean, etc. It's the service that distinguishes one brand from the other or even within the same brand. The staff here make the difference. From making the reservation to check-in they were just the nicest people. The room checked all the boxes so count on a good stay. It was when I was getting my luggage into the room where my hands were full and the cart had gone bit sideways that one of the housekeepers hurried down the hall just to help hold the door so I could get into the room easier that showed real concern and attention for their customers.
