Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites

CLEAN, QUIET! The service we received by everyone was pleasant even from the housekeeping staff who do not normally interact much with customers. I was surprised by this hotel. We don't normally stay with Best Western. What a great surprise. We couldn't find a room in Albuquerque so kept driving. We got checked in late and had a great night sleep. The beds were also very comfortable. THANK YOU!

We stayed here a few years ago and was comfortable so no brainer to stay here again. Checked in and given all relevant info but no water offered this time although BW members of a good few years standing. Noticed a coffee machine in foyer so had coffee before going up to room. Think the pipes on the machine needed flushing everyday as every coffee we had from then on tasted of hot chocolate. A bowl of muffins there too to take.|Room very clean. Liked the smell of the bath products but arthritic hands found it hard to squeeze bottles. We slept in the next morning after having a long drive previous day and did not get to breakfast till gone 9 which finished at 10. Most items had gone - had to ask for bread for toast and cranberry juice had run out. There was a daily breakfast menu but

This may be the best hotel in the area. It looks like they have recently put new carpet in and everything is clean. It didn’t smell of smoke like so many places you stay in. Food was good with a nice variety. Staff was friendly. The shower was very nice with good water pressure and a nice shower head and hand held shower sprayer. Next time we need to remember our swimsuits to use their indoor pool and spa.

Positive: "" Negative: We were given keys to our room and brought our luggage up to the room only to find out our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. My kids were tired and upset. Our experience at this hotel overall was negative.

This is a 5 X 2 star rating. We travel a lot and had spent several nights in hotels. This is by far the friendliness and cleanest place we have stayed. The breakfast has a phenomenal selection of foods that tasted great. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone we know who will be staying in Gallup.
