Motel 6 El Paso, TX - Southeast

The hotel has definitely calmed down a lot since my last visit, and thankfully my friend and I were actually able to get some rest this time. The room and linens were clean and the water for the showers was nice and hot, albeit the new management is what really sold it for us though. She immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay. Any business (and/or individual) would be very lucky to have such a hard working and devoted woman on their Management team. Motel 6 made the right decision replacing her with Danny! -Fierro

Positive: The bed had clean sheets. Negative: Pretty much a hell hole, I have pictures to prove it. Nothing is working properly, maintenance is non existence.

Desi saocedo Was one of my favorite ppl there during my extended stay here. She always has such a bright smile and a great energy about herself. So nice she started greeting me by my first name. She very personable and seems to love what she does. Any thing I needed help with she took care of it as soon as possible. Thank you so much Desi it was a pleasure to meet you. -Best regards Jaris

When my wife and i arrived at the hotel, we were informed that there were no accessible rooms available. Since my wife has difficulty walking, we were given a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, so we had to use the stairs. The room was not acceptable and I called the front office to let her know. The room was not what we pictured from what we saw booking online. We booked a handicap room 2 months prior. The front desk lady was quite unaccommodating stating "its not my problem" and seemed to be uninterested in helping us with our request to move to a bottom floor. We brought up our concerns with the manager and after having an extensive conversation. He made accommodations for us and moved us to a bottom floor. He was extremely helpful in addressing the

Good customer service 👌 but I believe the rooms should be supervised with a checklist that includes all the rooms and be inspected and marked before making any keys everyday. Perfect location and easy access from i-10. Overall I was happy with my stay mostly thanks to their wonderful and hardworking new management Desi. She goes above and beyond and made me feel at home.
