Motel 6 El Paso, TX - East

All of the staff is super friendly, from the manager to the front desk to the housekeepers. Very attentive to your needs. Great price for the rooms. And, the location is great because everything is just a short walk/drive away! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!

This place does not have a mini fridge or microwave or drawers or hangers and my rooms phone didnt have a cord to hook it up. The towels are flimsy so take your own.|The tv is small but ok. The swimming pool was disgusting. I asked if it was open and they said yes and it was green. One of the staff members said it was worse the day before. Really? So I looked at other same price hotels in the area and I found much better ones. I will not be going back to this one.

Nicole was great!! She made the negative situation of my day better with helpfulness and kindness. People do make a difference in the businesses they work for. This motel is lucky to have her.

I am absolutely impressed in every way by the excellent management and staff at this Motel 6. I have collectively spent over a hundred nights here (usually several weeks at a time), and every one of my experiences here has furthered how highly I think of the entire staff who run this hotel. It is always true of any business that its quality is a direct reflection of the uppermost manager -- everything emanates and filters down from that role. Tony, this hotel's manager, is the perfect person for that essential role here. I am consistently impressed by his natural gift of leadership; he clearly cares very much about every aspect of this hotel and how it is run, effecting a solidly positive level of quality. Positive: "" Negative: there was pharaphnilla in the cabinet stuff was still in the fridge the bathroom shower curtain. was nearly hanging on and the deadbolt did not lock at all the locking mechanism just kept turn in by and turning but nothing would engage.
