this motel is not so bad i been here since april if i could get one of the front desk attendant name he is a man that works night shift i would like to know his name for a few reasons so i can give him the best reveiw during my stay here hes helped me and my family more than anyone beside the general manager and assistance manager who i love so much they are so nice and very helpful but the main person i would like to write out a good reveiw i have so much to say about how good he is with his job and how helpful he is please send me his name so i can do that you have 2 males that work at the front desk one is hispanic i believe and the other one is dark skin who i am trying to get his name because as i was saying i want to give him a top star on his job if it is possiable if it is not i wi

I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, and this is the only one I have to give a review even before I check in. This is my experience: I booked a room for one night stay from Mar 21 to 22, 2026. I requested to cancel my booking on Feb 25, 24 days in advance to our stay, through the booking APP Agoda. Three days have passed and I got no response. I also sent messages to the hotel through Agoda to request to cancel my booking 2 days ago, 23 days before our check in. Two days have passed and I got no response at all. So the hotel apparently wants to keep the money, and never lets a customer to cancel their bookings, no matter how many days in advance the request is made. Don't even think of booking at this hotel, that is my lesson.

This place has got to be the worst. I have seen yet. The Doors hardware doesn’t even have screws and with enough pressure you can open When locked. The bathtub belongs in a landfill along with everything else in the room. Asked for non-smoking room and the smell of marijuana is so strong. I can’t stop sneezing. I will cut my losses and get a room elsewhere. Unfortunately, this was the only place in the area that still had rooms available And of course, no refunds.. I had to go to the nearest dollar tree to try and clean the room and disinfected. Please do not bring your children here.

This by far is the worst place I've ever been to. This shouldn't even be considered a motel. This is a very low income apartment complex.even tho it's a very expensive place to stay. I'm the washer and dryer didn't work with no sign stating that I lost my money. Toilet paper never available. Linen never available. Toilet constantly broke. I had to do number in a bag. The shower barely drips out . It gets the floor more wet than me. I slipped getting out due to the water spraying out. The front door wouldn't open maintenance had to crawl thru the window to open it for me mind you I'm a 57 year old woman. The refrigerator leaks water all over the floor constantly. The remote control for the tv never worked properly. The pool was empty. Drug dealers all over smoking. Drug paraphernalia all ov

Positive: Absolutely nothing this place made me scared to.even take off my shoes Negative: The entire experience..... the lady at the front desk literally had to give me ice thst had been purchased from the store. They didnt have extra towels and the tub l9ok like someone died in it. Just awful!
