Motel 6 Cocoa Beach, FL

Great location. Beach and restaurants within walking distance was a plus. |Nice pool. |The room was quite clean. It was quiet, peaceful. |Staff was helpful, friendly. Especially one of the maids. I forgot her name but she had pigtails and a cheerleaders skirt. She took time to check on me daily. Take out the trash, dirty towels. Also she took few minutes time to be personable and genuine. |This motel 6 is a must stay. The rates are great too. I will definitely return there my next visit to cocoa beach.

Positive: Absolutely nothing & tried requesting a refund but good luck with that. Negative: Everything. This place was absolutely disgusting. The few hours I was in that room, I was disgusted. I didn’t get to the room until 11pm, & left at 4am. I was so disgusted. If I wasn’t so tired & could have drove back to Orlando, I would have never stayed

No. simply no. Where do I start? I travel to Cocoa Beach once a year on business and booked this motel thinking I could save a few bucks and online it looked like an okay place to sleep. When I checked-in I was given the incorrect room. When I went back down to the front desk I was told by the person at the front desk they gave me the correct room. I had to pull out my reservation showing them I paid for a Deluxe Room. When I got my new room it was disgusting. It smelled as others have pointed out, felt very dirty and the toilet did not work. Outside people were working on their cars in the parking lot, the building itself needs upkeep and the people living there made you feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I ended up going two properties away and securing a room for two nights a

Don't stay here!!! It is rundown, dirty and blatantly disgusting. The sheets were filthy with black dirt, hair and wrinkles from previous use. We found roaches in the bed. No soap, shampoo or toilet paper was provided. We had to go to the front office for it. Based on observation there are several homeless people living in this motel . It should be left for the homeless only.

When I arrived to this location, I was concerned with the state of the property. I immediately asked for a refund as I was not comfortable staying in the condition, and it was denied. I was given the wrong room with no refrigerator no microwave & with receipt told I was mistaken. I got what I paid for. The the next day I came back from the beach and locked out of my room, I have to assume because my Capital One travel contacted them in regards to my refund due to it being the third-party& no success with Motel 6 management, who they also denied the refund. Apparently they were pissed, and the customer has no right when the property ask you to leave right or wrong! This is the trashiest building in the area, the website states it has a pool, but it is half empty with green water. The room w
