Motel 6 Bessemer, AL - Birmingham

This is my first time back at this motel since over a year ago, and I must say that everything is perfect. The security they have and the gates keeps away all of the bad people. It's very quiet, and the rooms are so clean. The bed is very comfortable. No bugs at all‼️I'm actually happy that I chose to come here. Ms Ashley is making sure that the guests are comfortable and safe and I appreciate that so much🫶🏽 you can't beat the price also. The location is perfect. There are restaurants everywhere and a dollar general and Walmart right up the road.

Was restful experience as needed woke feeling energized. Clean rooms, staff was helpful. Nice experience would do again

Positive: The staff was very freniendly.. Negative: As soon as I wallked in the room a roach started crawling across the floor and the entire room smelled like a thousand blunts were smoked in it right before we got threre.

This hotel is not $65 dollars, it’s hundred on Friday. Weekends more! We arrived 3am. The entire place is fenced in and there is a security guard who was very nice. A lady called us to verify we were coming who was very nice. When we came to check in security guard tells you where to park. No amenities here that I saw? The rooms are really old. We ended up with a wheelchair accessible shower that leaked water to toilet. It was really quiet and that’s good. Guy that checked us in super unfriendly, no greeting or any words spoken except asking for my ID.

The room was comfortable, nice & clean. But the main thing I wanted to write about is in regard to a specific situation: I booked through Expedia. Turns out there was a little issue with my billing. And turns out, the "issue" was more of a mistake on my part. Long story. Details not important. But what I had to mention was how ABOVE & BEYOND a young woman named Ashley, went for me. When I had returned home to Tennessee, a day later … that's when I noticed my billing "glitch." So I called the front-desk. Ashley answered, and she was SO INCREDIBLE. So sweet and so thorough. Truly the most considerate, most professional, most attentive person I've ever encountered in a situation like that. I simply HAD TO give her a shout-out by name!
