Best Western Plus Bessemer Hotel & Suites

Rooms feel dated and worn out, which makes it feel dirty. Door is fit into doorframe with wood pieces that should not be there, as if the door was kicked out of the frame and then rigged temporarily. It would barely open and had to be forced back into the frame to be shut, which is a fire hazard. TV is on old LG LED model where the LEDs have burned out, creating large white dots across the screen. Would not stay here again and question the rating given the quality of the room. The rate is far too high for the quality, but then all of the hotels in this area have poor ratings.

The hotel manager is the most accommodating and reasonable manager I have experienced while staying in hotels! The entire staff is nice and friendly! The rooms are awesome and they serve a full hot breakfast! They definitely make you feel like home! ❤️ Sincerely the lady who lost her ID Thank you all for everything!!!!

Positive: It was clean Negative: We arrived, there were no towels, washcloths, hand towels in the room. Then the batteries in the remote were dead and tv buttons did not work, also we had to get plunger for the toilet. There was blockage somewhere bc it world not flush at all

Everything was great except for the receptionist the morning that we were leaving. It felt like we were disrupting her ability to just sit there by going and asking for a few things as we were getting ready to leave. Completely unprofessional. felt like she was there for a paycheck and not there to do her job with a friendly attitude. The breakfast was easily a 9/10 as far as hotel breakfast goes. The gal that was running the kitchen this morning was extremely kind and more helpful than the receptionist

I had to drive through Atlanta 😭took an extra 90 minutes. Tired and very nice person at the counter, check in was very easy. I loved my room spacious extra chair for sitting. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a tub which I was very grateful for
