Very good kitchenette setup and Very comfortable atmosphere. House cleaning services need to be more often and for the money they should take care of garbage disposal and linen every 2 days, instead of room occupant having to take care of it...

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was a horrible experience!There was no one there to check me in when I arrived. I had to call a number and wait for service. Then my room key didn?t work and I had to call that number again and wait 20 minutes for someone to get on phone

Just visited last night. The staff is horribly overworked and trying to juggle several tasks at once. Ladies were nice and efficient. Linens were not complete in room as they were being laundered. They remembered to bring them to us without being prompted. Room was clean and bed was sufficient (albeit small) but noises from upstairs neighbors made it impossible to sleep. We could hear the TV blasting and the neighbor walking quickly across the floor until 5am! Normally we would have reported this, but poor ladies were so frazzled that we didn’t want to bother them. We got MAYBE 3 hours sleep in total. Either request a 4th floor room or stay elsewhere.

Women at the front desk was rude, the rooms were outrageously filthy. There were roaches everywhere. I will be calling the board of health tomorrow.
