Older facility(?), but clean. The phone in the room didn't work, so we.used our cell for the front desk. Excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning is every other day, but we didn't want anyone in the room anyway. We checked out on the 3rd day. Nice view from our room.

Nothing special. The Hampton a block away is much better. Personally, I've stated the Holiday inn right across from the Fairfield. That one was better. Service was crap. The rooms weren't that good average. I would just say three stars

We chose this hotel because it was about $50 cheaper than staying on 280. Hotel was sufficient for what we needed. We were in and out quick for just one night. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator wasn’t working. The pillow that was kept in a closet for the sleeper sofa was mildewed. The room smell damp. Since we were there for only one night we didn’t complain, and we understand that things happen. Everything else was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would stay here again. The front desk staff seemed distance but I understand due to the pandemic. But they were very nice. All staff that I came in contact with is pleasant. My son enjoyed the full breakfast and it was sufficient for me because I am vegan.

Elevator was broken, with lots of temperature sensitive equipment to bring inside being on the 4th floor taking 6 trips up and down was not ideal but I understand that is outside of their control. The frustrating part was the check in person laughing about how it’s not that big of a deal, it’s not too many steps, etc. In the morning it took an extra 30 minutes to up and down load everything back up, went for breakfast 20 minutes before it ends and they’re all out and closing down telling me they’re out of everything but there is a carton of milk in the fridge if I want it. Employees here seem not to care about the guest experience.
