Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bessemer - Birmingham SW by IHG

The hotel was great! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable for a hotel bed and they offered dove toiletries which was very nice! It also had a gated parking lot and a nice outdoor patio with a tv. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bessemer was nothing short of excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every interaction—from check-in to breakfast—was met with genuine hospitality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. The entire facility was bright, clean, and inviting, with a modern feel that added to the comfort of our stay. It’s clear the team takes great pride in maintaining the property and creating a great guest experience. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area

Everything was great the rooms are very clean and new! The service is pretty good they clean my room everyday, the towels are so fresh and clean and they have very good sanitary items at the bathroom, my only complaint is the breakfast I barely eat anything because there is nothing I could eat. It would be great to have some cream cheese or any kind of cheese, some veggies, fresh eggs, something fresh and healthy to eat. Thank you everyone

John and his crew did a great job of getting my crew of 40 senior adults checked in quickly (thye had our key cards ready), rooms were fabulously clean! Staff was very personable. Meeting room was perfect for our dine in option. There were groups of volleyball players and other sports teams in the hotel with us. Breakfast was plentiful for all of the teams and our group.

Everything about this hotel was a 10/10 from the cleanliness to the amazing employees. Our two rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
