The new management has really turned this place around to be a family environment. Drugs are not tolerated. They rent on a month to month basis and there is a waiting list . Well worth the rent when you know your children are safe to play outside and you have a bbq and picnic area for the "community" to use. Good job guys !! Great turn-around
IT USED TO BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE FOR LONG TERM STAYS. HAD MUCH BETTER CLASS OF PEOPLE STAYING STAYING THERE.THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS AMAZING BOTH PATTY AND APRIL CARED ABOUT EVERYONE, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE TENANTS AND OWNERS.. BUT NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.. IT HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL
Have stayed there a few times, first time in 1983. Love it, quaint, peaceful, and rustic!
