Mission Inn & Suites Hayward

Positive: it was available when I needed it. bed was comfy Negative: the floor was cold tile and dirty. I didn't want to walk on it with my socks or barefeet. The chair in the corner was dirty and I didn't want to use it. Also, the bathroom light didn't work for me.

Staff are always friendly and make check in easy. Rooms are cleaned well. Location is in center of downtown, close to tons of restaurants, etc.

Damn hotel! They asked me to leave a $100 deposit when I booked and they never returned it. They're greedy! I'll never go back to that hotel.
