Hampton Inn Oakland-Hayward

I want to give an honest assessment. Everything in the rooms is very cheap, the refrigerator doesn't work, only 2/5 of the treadmills in the gym work, the pool was dirty, and the pool area was dirty, even though the rooms cost $150-200 per night. The only positive thing is the comfortable mattress, nothing else, so I give it a solid 3, but that's too much.

Positive: Very clean and friendly staff. Negative: Bed could have been more comfortable. Pillows very thin.

Great hotel to stay at. Comfortable. always clean and comfortable. Front desk staff lovely and accommodating. Fast food walking distance. Love fluffy pillows!||Make up wipes. Showers caps. And free toothpaste packets it you forgot yours. Just ask the ladies!

Good place to stay for a couple of days, it doesn’t have any bath mats so be prepared for some wet areas. Breakfast is always different but subpar. Free coffee and tea at anytime is a PLUS for me.
