Positive: I don't like Sheraton Staff that worked on January 10, 2026. That Staff costs me money and paid unnecessary games. Sheraton Staff today should have something done to them for what they did. No excuses. Negative: I was booked and paid the entire price you guys stated on my card. Once I got to Sheraton the same person that spoke to me yesterday knowing I wanted to pay cash ask for an additional $200 today. She knew she could of taken the cash for wasting my time.

I've had an exceptional stay at The Budget Inn here. There has been new management for the last few months and it's been an amazing experience. Fresh towels, clean room, quiet during the night, loud during the day of course it's HAYWARD right off of Foothill, extremely convenient for grocery stores, shopping, and transportation if need be. In the heart of Hayward it's incredibly easy to get around. If you don't have the same experience you're doing something wrong. The management is extremely accommodating, and communicate extremely well. If anyone has had a bad review or time they didn't voice their opinion's and that is their problem. People claim the keys are faulty but with common sense realize that their magnetic so any interference with phone, radio, and other magnets will deactivate

Positive: It is convenient to my jobs. The wife, husband, and son are cool when they want to be. But they don't stop the bad characters from disrupting other guests. No one has time for nonsense working everyday. Negative: I did not like whatever the cleaners used for the bathroom this last visit. Some of the workers are working my nerves. People throw trash when there are garbage cans right there. Nowadays everybody got an issue with somebody. I need my rest.

Positive: I like when the staff confront the annoying people that comes to the hotel starting trouble. They haven't been arrested for their nonsense. Negative: There are very reckless people coming to the hotel working very hard all through the night in the wee hours of the early morning and slamming doors. That is weird and immature. If they know anything that I'm doing inside my room they are definitely weird.

Unsafe and Dirty motel not hotel! Dont be tricked by this bait a switch like I was! The property has no lobby just a locked window to pass stuff through so they dont get robbed because it's in such a bad area of town. There are homeless people who are in the parking lot, so be careful of your vehicle. Then the room they gave us smelled awful, like an overwhelming cinnamon and chemical smell, the door has been clearly damaged from the room being broken into , there were stains on the sheets, the mattress is covered in plastic, even the walls were filthy. I immediately checked out and they were not interested in the slightest as to why I was unhappy or leaving. We were in the room for exactly 27 mins because it felt unsafe to be there!
