Discovery Inn Hayward - Castro Valley

First thing I notice this Motel is that it is in the middle of a wide road making it dangerous to cross around the street. Another thing I notice when I arrive in the Motel is that the praking space is very small and limited. But the service is actually pretty good and reliable, the staffs were very welcome when I came here and one thing that makes this Motel a little better is that they actually clean your rooms whenever your leaving the Motel for a bit and their not actually stealing your stuffs. But the inside of the room was dated/outdated, they were barely any lights into the room and some of them was not working, pretty squeeze path throught the bathroom area, outdated furniture like a TV, wifi is pretty slow and it always suddenlydisconnected, the telephone wasn't working that the s

Curtains were shredded, torn, toilet seat was broken and cracked in half on one side pinching you as you sat down on toilet and the beds are like laying on bricks. Parking is extremely tight for the few units they have for rent.

Rooms have been clearly, recently, refreshed and are clean. Not in very good shape though, some lights don't work, including the bathroom vanity. The fan is extremely loud, and the staff that checked me in was not very welcoming, but the price is good and probably worth what you get.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking can be tricky later in the day, but other than that it great.
