Best Western Plus Inn of Hayward

Valerie at the front desk is so sweet and lovely one of the best workers out of all of the Best westerns we go to. The only thing about this best western is the hot tub jets don't work its like sitting in a warm bath as a loyal Diamond Select member there should be a discount for the members or half off on future stays

This was a terrible stay cut short by the appearance of a cockroach. We had booked back in February to stay July 24-28 and requested a room next to the family we were traveling with at the same time who booked at the same time in February. A week out, the family we were traveling with called to confirm that we'd be getting rooms next to one another and the person they spoke to confirmed. Once we got there, the woman at the front desk said they couldn't confirm that and she didn't know why someone would say that they could, because this is their busy season and this weekend in particular was very busy. This may have been a valid excuse if we booked a week ago, but because we booked in FEBRUARY there was no excuse, this was just a pure lack of planning on the hotel's end, which is just lazy.

EXCELLENT, EVERYTHING SO GREAT, VERY NICE ROOM, VERY CLEAN, NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD, STAFF SO POLITE, FREE PARKING , VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, CLOSE TO MALLS AND OUTLETS, IN THE MIDDLE OD EVERYTHING, MEANING BRIDGES, CLOSE TO SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT, COUD NOT ASK FOR MORE, I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE, I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL , THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, NCLUDING THE MANAGER OF COURSE

I stayed at this hotel because I was in town for my graduation ceremony the next morning. What should have been a special and memorable trip turned out to be stressful and disappointing from the start.||When we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. We had reserved a room with a whirlpool, but were given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we are non-smokers. We were only moved to a different room because we insisted on it. The hotel made no effort to fix the issue on its own.||To make things worse, the room we were moved to didn’t have the same features and was priced lower than the one we had initially booked, because they said that there was no space. I hope the hotel considers refunding the price difference, as we didn’t get what we paid for.||The noise

I hadnt been to this place for years. It has been remodeled since i was there years ago. Convenient location. Food and shopping within walking distance. Right off the 880 highway. Nice welcoming staff, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. Pool and hot tub is a bonus! Also, breakfast is available in the morning and coffee all day in the lobby. Highly recommend
