Comfort Inn Hayward

I had some problems at the hotel. I had a room on the backside of the hotel. There is a mini storage business behind the hotel. The mini storage business turns on bright flood lights at night. The blinds in the room only block about 80% of the light. My room was undesirable bright at night. My room did not have hot water in the morning for a shower. the water was barely warm. The elevator at this hotel has been out of service for over 2 months. It is a 3-story hotel. It is no fun to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. The breakfast area ran out of plates, and guest had to use cereal bowls to eat out of.
