Midlothian Inn

Full of roaches and very unprofessional staff. The you woman sometimes at the desk is by far one of the absolute worst I have ever seen. Even at 20 dollars a night if that was the rate I would pass after my stay. My girlfriend and I got stuck in Richmond during Christmas week and we were treated badly and disrespected by the woman checking people in. I would never rent a room there for Even $1. As stated plenty of roaches dirty rooms as well the owners live there and treat people badly.

BEWARE VERY RACIAL OWNERS!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DISRESPECT THAT WE EXPERIENCED FROM THE OWNER. A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE IS OF AN AFRICAN AMERICAN RACE. AND SHE TREATED HIM SO POORLY VERY JUDGMENTAL, ACTED LIKE HE WAS A CRIMINAL UNBELIEVABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A RENTING A ROOM. BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THAT IF YOU PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET WITH YOUR OWN MONEY TO RENT A ROOM YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE COMPANY HERE. I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A ROOM STAY AWAY. SHE LITERALLY WAS RECORDING HIM THE WHOLE TIME THAT HE WAS TRYING TO GET HIS STUFF OUT GAWKING, AT HIM, BEING VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I'M JUST, IT'S UNBELIEVABLE

The staff is super friendly. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the room that we got put into did not have the best bathroom. But it's a quiet motel and for the money that you pay for a night is worth it in my opinion.

Well for starters the staff there is great other than the man in charge. Horrible attitude. Over charged us. Day by day the price changes. First day $60. The next day $75. Stayed that price for a couple days. Then I asked to pay a week was told they didn't offer by the week for the room I was in. I walked around talking to people and no one was paying the same amount for the same rooms. One lady in I believe the room number was 119 said she pays over $350 a week for her and her husband. That blew my mind. Another lady said the manager raised her rent three times and her and her family was only there for u think she said 3 or 4 months

Theywant to rush you out of the room, get their money that's it. Rooms not in good shape in one room 3 days no light in the bathroom moved rooms then couldn't get in the room electric key wouldn't work had to go to office every time they wouldn't even knock on the door to check they put key in and open while you still checked in.,but housekeeping was great she did it excellent
