Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norcross

We stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites while in town for a soccer tournament and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy, which was really helpful after a long day of travel and games. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was there for a relaxing stay. It was also a convenient location for getting to the tournament fields and nearby places to eat. Overall, it was a great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we’re in town for a tournament.

The location was super convenient, and the room itself was really clean. But honestly, the atmosphere was disappointing — it was way too noisy. There wasn’t a real closet, just some hooks on the wall, and a few of them were broken so they didn’t hold clothes well.||Customer service was okay, nothing special. The breakfast wasn’t great either — very few options, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, the elevators weren’t working, which made things a bit annoying.||This was actually my second time staying here, but I was really disappointed this time around. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Rooms are super cute!! Staff is friendly, and the property is super CLEAN which is hard to find sometimes! Check in and out was easy and quick. Location of this hotel is perfect. Downtown wasn't far at all, plus there was everything and every store you could imagine within driving or walking distance. We drove and had no problems finding a parking spot. Honestly 10/10 and I would recommend!
