Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

This place was a great place to stay since it’s very close to many places. Niagara Falls was just a few minutes away and there is an outlet mall just 5 minutes away. The room was clean and staff also were Very nice. Robert excelled in making the customers feel welcome. He talked to the kids so friendly and funny. He took such great care of the people. Especially in the dining room. He’s just a wonderful asset to this place. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable.

Staff was Friendly and very pleasant. Convenient location even it's away from scenic areas. Value rooms, cleanliness good. Noise levels is only negative issues we found as rooms are not soundproof. Its disturbing when other guests walking around upstairs and your floors.

We had one of the studio rooms which exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable, my kid said the pull out bed was also comfortable, and there's a surprising amount of storage if you want to unpack your things. There's even a microwave in the studio rooms, along with the coffee pot and fridge. I appreciate that breakfast is included with your stay, it was simple but tasty and kept stocked. Staff was friendly and Robert was great with my kids at breakfast. We stay in the area for a yearly event and will definitely stay here again next year!

Positive: Location was excellent, staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful Negative: Unfortunately, we discovered a really unpleasant odor in our room, and found that it was coming from the bathroom (most likely the shower). So we could not use the shower which is really not good enough. We mentioned this at check out (continued below)

I visited from Canada. This is a two-star hotel at best. I’ve traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels and resorts around the world, so I feel comfortable rating accommodations accurately. The hotel itself is small, which does make it fairly quiet. The rooms are decent overall and did not appear to be in need of major repairs. However, the room we booked was advertised as having a queen bed, but it was actually a double, which is misleading and unacceptable. The internet service was also very poor. Breakfast was extremely limited—essentially just toast—which was disappointing. I would not stay here again. Overall, the condition of the surrounding area also contributed to the experience, and I would not choose to stay in Niagara Falls, NY again.
