Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chili/Rochester Airport

Stayed in a suite. Much roomier than a regular room. Room was very clean! Nice amenities. Frig was over iced and needed a defrost and we were unable to use it. Breakfast was a typical hotel continental except they had 2 waffle machines which was a nice touch. Only a coffee dispenser that made very weak coffee. Try tea instead.Checkin checkout was a breeze. Left a bag behind and they were great about checking room and holding until we could pick it up. Definitely one of the nicer Microtels we've stayed in.

When I got there, was greeted by the staff that had the best attitude and professionalism! They answered any/all questions I had about my stay with them. The room was very clean and the bed was rather comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker and microwave were in good working order. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but it is appreciated. There's nearby restaurants to get a hearty breakfast, Chinese, pizza,etc. There's also a major grocery store (Wegmans) that you can many things incase you forgot to pack them. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Positive: Location. Friendly staff. Safe environment. Negative: There were no reading lamps. All lighting came from the ceiling. I wanted to read my book while my husband slept. I had to use my phone as a light source. The doors slam really loudly unless the are caught before they close. 5AM not pleasant wake up

Just like it reads, small, small, small. continental breakfast is extremely meager. no eggs, no sausage everything is cold And needs to be microwaved On a single microwave for the entire breakfast room design for 15 to 20 people only, at a time. nothing is served hot, very Disappointing. Beautiful grounds, beautiful new place, but it struggles Heavily to accommodate the guests. The savings you think you are getting comes at a heavy price of inconvenience when you have to go somewhere else to eat breakfast anyway. Wish I had booked somewhere else to accommodate our family of Four and never in my life Have Ibeen described as a person who needs Pampering. The room was small but clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee was greasy sndThe lobby and breakfast areas were clean. The area is safe and close to many restaurants and stores. The building needs some cosmetic updates. For the price, I would stay here again.
